This Shopper's on 333 Dundas has GREATLY improved over the past 6months!!nI use to avoid this location & Shopper's in Woodstock as much as possible however on Valentine's Evening I needed to fill an emergency prescription upon being discharged from ER & this morning I required pharmacist assistancenShopper's is not my pharmacy both times multiple team members within the pharmacy were extremely helpful & pleasant taking the time to assist me, making me feel like a valued customer.nI apologize as I can't recall the wonderful pharmacist's name in addition to Tracy I believe or the first pharmacy team member that assisted me however appreciation shout out to Heather & the employees at this location for the HUGE difference in positivity & professionalism when interacting with your customers.nI've also noticed some improvements with customer service at the Beauty Boutique counter so although I'm not a fan of supporting Westin's which is why Shopper's has such higher pricing compared to almost every other store I'm happy to see the positive customer service changes over the past 6months. Please keep up these pleasant improvements.
Very nice store. It's too bad that shoppers in the conglomerate that owns them would not review their pricing and reduce it like the old days. Shoppers used to be a place where you could get really good deals on a number of products, but that is no longer.
Not very impressed with the service at the pharamcy they would rather see people suffer tried to pick up a perscription for my husband and they wouldnt release it have used tge same pharamacy since it opened most know me by name and still turned me away not impressed
There pharmacy staff don’t know their stuff and don’t care. After an hours trying to put in my insurance finish paying my meds used the wrong insurance infoand got in late to my next appointment. A simple pick up turn to mess. And not my first time. Know decided to take my business some where else even being close to home.
I have come here a few times for the Beauty Boutique, and the ladies working there are always great. I'd like to highlight my most recent experience with their Beauty Specialist, Sal. She was totally patient, knowledgeable, and overall provided such exceptional customer service. She made my shopping experience there the best one yet.
