I am very patient. I pride myself in it and have always been told my patience is above average. I have been dealing with this pharmacy for four months. I have had nothing but problems, bad attitude, misinformation, and complete disregard for my pharmaceutical needs. I read here you are always, “Very sorry for your bad experience.” Your reviews suck, yet you offer no recourse or solution other than to call your 1-800 number. It appears you have absolutely no respect for your customers. I am in Montreal on hold now for 50 minutes. I was told I would have no problem transferring my script to a pharmacy here. I have a renewal, the Jean Coutu called but was told it doesn’t exist. I’m now calling you 5 times since 8:30 am. It’s my fifth call where I have been placed on a loop. This will be the last time I deal with your pharmacy, and I will warn everyone about you.
Unfortunately I have had my fair share of bad experiences at this Shoppers pharmacy. The most recent being on hold for 30 mins at 9:30 in the morning. I had a suspicion because I always have difficulty calling. So my husband and I get in the car and drive around the corner, while on hold. When we arrived there was a single customer waiting who hadn’t been seen and the phone was ajar from the hook. Meaning they have no intention to answer any calls at all. They said my medication would take 20 mins to put together and yet we were there for an hour. I had to ask for a sick bag because I was so ill and all I needed was my anti-nausea medication. The other experience I had here was also very alarming and according to the other pharmacy who was helping me through it, could get them in a lot of trouble.
I made an appointment for a flu shot and stood by the counter waiting for 10 minutes and no one came to me. Asked someone passing by wearing a Shoppers uniform for assistance and they said ask the staff. Left without getting the shot
Worst pharmacy. You can stand in line for 20 min and not even be acknowledged They've lost my meds before and over charged because they mark up the costs. I also got billed over $4000 when I checked my benefits and I didn't fill any prescription. Unfortunately I have to get one prescription here because of a program for my biological meds for arthritis otherwise I'd stay clear.
If I could give less than a 1 star review, I would. Not only are the staff here the rudest people I have ever met, but the aggressive lack of organization and function is astounding to me. I’ve been getting my 3 prescriptions from here for a year now and not ONCE have they ever gotten it correct, which is very stressful and inconvenient. Aside from that, it takes about 5-10 minutes for anyone at the pharmacy to even acknowledge your existence, they make plenty of eye contact with you but still ignore you, not sure why it’s so hard to say a simple “we’ll be with you asap!”nVery unprofessional, very rude, overall a terrible location and I will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere soon. I have only ever had terrible experiences at this place.
