Went in today considering buying a fragrance. I normally shop at Sephora but this particular fragrance has been out of stock at Sephora for months I believe it’s being discontinued and I saw online there were 2 bottles in stock at the Crown St location.nnFrom the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I was stared at and followed by security so closely you would think we were friends. I’m not “dressed up” today but I came in wearing clean workout clothes with minimal makeup, carrying a tiny shoulder bag. No one deserves to be profiled but I don’t even understand why this happened to me today. When I went to the makeup counter to ask for a sample, one of the two girls at the counter fully turned their back to me as I approached.nnI have never felt so judged and embarrassed just trying to shop. You lost a paying customer today by treating her like a criminal. I will not be returning to this Shoppers and would advise others to avoid as well.
I normally use the east shoppers but was nearby and popped in for cold medication. The security guard followed me and my son through the store and to the cash. Was very intimidating, I will not shop at this shoppers again. Just because someone has pink hair doesn't mean they are a shoplifter.
I've had multiple good experiences with this Shoppers and will continue to shop there. Occasionally, they have a good incentive for store purchases, keep an eye out for them!
This is the biggest Shoppers Drug Mart I’ve been in. Like the Costco of drug stores. They had a huge selection and the staff knew were to help me find things so my visit was efficient.nnThe store was well looked after, clean, shiny and tidy. A pleasant experience.
They have terrible service at the pharmacy. Throws out people's refills instead of transferring them to new pharmacy. So disrespectful
