The managers at this location have instructed their staff to inform customers that they refuse to honor the company's return policy, which is a pretty shady way of doing business, so buyer beware.
-Very clean and items nicely displayed.n- Items are routinely priced double.n-Staff are not helpful.
I usually do not bother with reviews but this one I really have to.nI went to buy a hair tool which i checked online before going and it said they had 2 in stocknWhen I reached the store and tried searching for it, I didn’t find it so I asked the cashier supervisor at the time to help and check the back stock since on Shoppers app it says this store has it.nThe dude was complaining unwilling to help and said ask the person in beauty section,nAsked the girl in that section and she said that she was only responsible for the luxury beauty side and that cashier supervisor should be able to check back stock.nWent to the cashier guy again and all he said was, I do the merchandise so I know we don’t carry that brand and didn’t even bother to look.
I generally don’t review stores but i have to review this one bad review as this store is not doing its job as others are.nnThey are putting things on final sale without mentioning it and they suggest to read the return policy on shoppers.ca before you buy stuff. They did not honour 30 days return policy and suggested i should read the entire policy when i shop at this store next time I guess i am not returning.nnIf they are getting to this level , I would suggest the management to do better job at not hassling the customers .nn- Ensure customers are informed on final salesnn- The electronics cannot be returned if opened.nn- Proper Signage on final sale shelf and products.nn- Train the staff for polite behaviournnThe front desk staff is rude even when you are trying to have a gentle discussion . They acknowledged other customers have similar issues. I hope they do something about this .
Very appreciative of the knowledgeable pharmacy staff at the Larry Uteck location. I had my son in this week to pick up a prescription for what we thought was pink eye diagnosed from Maple. There were three pharmacists on staff Courtney, another lady’s whose name starts with a D, maybe Deema?, and Angela. When they saw my son’s eye they ensured me the prescription was not going to do the job and that he needed to be seen. I took their advice and am so glad I did. It ended up being much more serious and we got a new prescription. They have been extremely knowledgeable about how to use his new meds, and have followed up with us. I am so thankful for this team! Thank you!!
