I went to the store to pickup my Dyson product and called margarita to enquire if she has it and she was kind enough to hold it for me. And was wonderful to attend to us. This was the first time I visited this store absolutely love the customer experience. Huge shout out to margarita, you are amazing and you made my day today.
This is a long overdue review of the consistent exceptional service I’ve received over the years from Maria in the Beauty Boutique and also from Losira in my last visit at the Chanel counter.nnMaria is most welcoming, friendly, helpful and has great professional expertise in the many cosmetic lines offered at Beauty Boutique. She listens to your concerns, takes the time to ask questions and try out colors to align you with a perfect product…I’ve always ended up with amazing products, colour matches and recommendations from her. I have full faith in her expertise and always a pleasure to see her even when I’m at the store for other business.nnLosira is an expert on Chanel products and quickly helped me to find a couple of beautiful products to address my concerns. She used clean brushes and patiently applied product to test them on my face with the gentlest touch and I was sold!nnIn a world where great service is rarely recognized, I just wanted to publicly acknowledge that the Beauty Boutique at this store staff keep me coming back!nnHighly recommend dealing with them!
One pharmacist is absolutely rude, always has constant attitude look, never knows how to apply benefits. Went to a different pharmacy and all meds were covered using same plan. Zero knowledge, all attitude, avoid at all costs.
It's always great to stop at shoppers Drug Mart when I need beauty product. A couple weeks ago I bought proactive for my pimples which was great because I had no idea it was available at shoppers. It worked great in 3 days. My face was clear.
This location is the absolute worst in the mornings. Do not go here before noon. There’s no service, no employees, no help, every single time. It’s the worst shoppers I’ve been too. You can’t find a cosmetic lady for the life of you. Have fun wasting time here.
