Pharmacy in this store can lack empathy, and have frequent issues with prescription pick-ups.The latest problem has been one of the most messed up yet. They failed to tell me they were switching to a “no-name” brand which didn’t come in for 6 days. I had never asked to be switched, so I’ve had to go days without my medication, for no good reason because they had the “name brand” in stock all along. they have some very nice people in this store, and sometimes good pharmacist. over all the bad experiences out weigh the good for me.
I went to buy gifts in the cosmetic section alone, few employee were looking so suspiciously as if I was shoplifting. Making it very uncomfortable and awkward. Guys, A lone Male can buy gifts for Women!!!!!
Imagine a bunch of middle aged people with attitudes getting paid just a bit over minimum wage.nAlways a bad time with the employees in here, thank god for the self check out.nFront cashiers runs away from you and front store manager is combative and rude.
The owner of this pharmacy is excellent, and treats his customers well.nToday I called to refill a prescription and the pharmacist named Steph answered, I told her I would be there in an hour to refill my regular prescription.nWhen I got there to pick it up an hour an 15 mins later she said they were working on it now and it would he ready in 45 MINUTES! So a total waiting period of 2 hours to refill a monthly prescription. I sat and waited for last 45 minutes and not 1 other customer came for pick.nAlso she was extremely rude shaking her head when I said I would wait.nIt is inconsiderate for her to make me wait 2 hours to fill a prescription when no one is there. I have been a customer here for years with no issues. As long she is not working you should be ok.
Went into buy $50 worth of goods with $100 bill and was told I cannot use it. This store doesn't accept Canadian currency. Left the store empty handed, without pain relief meds for my back. Won't be going back. Most the items here are overpriced anyways.
