Shoppers Drug Mart

Shoppers Drug Mart is my go-to pharmacy and convenience store, and I can't say enough about how much I love their discounts! Whenever they have promotions or discounts available, it's like a little gift waiting for me. From everyday essentials to beauty products, the savings are always appreciated. The staff is friendly and helpful, making my shopping experience even better. Keep up the great work, Shoppers Drug Mart! I'll definitely keep coming back for more fantastic deals.

The woman pharmacist is absolutely the rudest person, I have ever come in contact with a pharmacist in my life. She yelled at me, for a disinfection wipe, that was out in the open and none was filled in the dispensary. Then she left me at the counter, went and answered the phone and was talking to another client on the phone. 3 more people came in and walked up to the drop off desk and after her phone call she hung up and helped those 3 months different set of persons while I was still waiting at the pick up desk I've been standing at or almost 30 minutes now.nI can't even believe it. I am still at this very moment of writing this post waiting on the side of the counter.nnUntil I had the nurse who was helping me get my ORT call her herself was her attitude changed and she was completely and utterly very nice to me compared to before like it never happened I'm supposed to pick up a prescription tomorrow and I said I will absolutely not be coming back to this pharmacy I will go somewhere else this was the most embarrassing and the rudest pharmacy I have ever been to and treated towards by any shoppers drug mart pharmacy I have ever been too.

Definitely negative review if possible! This store is the worst shoppers ever I met, the elder lady at cashier is super rude, and has the bad attitude to the customer, The front store manager at another shoppers phoned here to check the merchandise for me, the first time the lady has picked up the phone and said gave her a min, then no more news, hold us for at least 10mins no one came back to answer the phone, then we phoned again and tried different other departments, none of the departments picked the phone for 20mins which is super rude. My first time here, also the last!

Peters was very nice, patient with me and very helpful in doing my blood pressure and also giving giving me some guidance to help maintaining an average blood pressure. To me his customer service is above and beyond.nThanks again Peters.

Come on. I bought stuff and dude at the cash register didn't bag my stuff. Quit being so lazy. FFS.nnStore is large and pricey. Bag of oranges was $8.99 Hair dye was all overpriced. Area is shady.
