Waste of time. Worst customer service ever at this pharmacy.n3 or 4 women working at the pharmacy and not one of them even acknowledged me, as I stood there for over ten minutes.nThere were no customers ahead of me. Then a regular comes in, is greeted by name and the one dealing with customers helps him and continues to ignore me.nJust to clarify, all the employees at the pharmacy ignored me completely.nI went next door to Save-On foods and was helped immediately at that pharmacy.nNo sense going to this pharmacy if you're not a regular.n1 star is the lowest one can enter. They deserve zero!
The only big chain pharmacy in yorkton and due to manager discretion they don’t sell nicotine pouches. Considering they can only be sold in pharmacies now this is pretty unacceptable.
Eric at the canada post section is so awesome. dealt with him a couple of times and he is always so pleasant and kind.
Yesterday I witnessed racism at this place. A native lady cut the line infront of a white couple and she was very rude about it. When the couple told the woman that she was rude the woman said that she it's allowed because she is a woman and she is native. The staff witnessed this, but did not kick her out of the store or warn her about her actions and additude. They just served her and acted like nothing happened! I feel this is not a safe place because they allow racism here and I don't feel it's safe for family's to come here as racism has happened here a few times this past year and Shoppers Drug Mart allows and I feel like they encourage it as they just sit back and let this happen. I'm shocked this place has not been sued because Shoppers Drug Mart should not allow and sit back and just watch racist things happen.
Like many others I have had a very negative experience at your store.nYou are advertising your redemption sale so I thought I would like to use that with my points. The cashier which was the girl with the heavy tattooed eyebrows and was on the desk at around 11 AM was extremely rude. She snapped at me several times when I asked her about using points and when I tried to ask her about the redemption plan, she literally snapped that I didn’t have enough purchases and I couldn’t include taxes.nThat wasn’t what I was trying to ask her at all but she did not even give me a chance. She had no interest in helping me. She was rude and very condescending.nYou need to hire people that are actually good representatives for your store.nI will shop there as little as possible now and just try to use superstore. I have always liked shoppers drug Mart when we lived in Alberta, but yours is horrible.
