Took a prescription refill. Bought a couple of vitamins as well. But the lady who gave my prescription meds, asked me to pay for it at the main cashier. Like, I usually pay at the pharmacy counter everything I get from the store. While there are many of them at the pharmacy. I had to fall in line at the main cashier for 2 bottles of vitamins. Where’s the customer service & care?
Tasha in the pharmacy is the only reason I stay with shoppers drug mart. I had the pharmacist break confidentiality and contact my doctor about something non-medical. I sent an email to the owner over a month ago and did not receive any reply nor did the pharmacist address the concern with me directly. And there are so many pharmacists rotating that I don't know who it was. Not impressed.
The staff in both the pharmacy and the care clinic are extremely caring, compassionate, want whats best for your health. They work closely with you to help manage your medications. They listen to your concerns, answer any questions you have. They're willing to work with your doctor. A city pharmacy that feels like a small town pharmacy, they remember who you are, they're always super pleasant.
Choosing Christmas gifts can be difficult. I had the pleasure of working with a wonderful young woman at the Spruce Grove shoppers drug mart, on the east end near century park. I believe her name was Ava, and she was absolutely wonderful. She took me around the store and helped me with buying gifts for 3 young gals on my list. She was knowledgeable with what young people are buying and helped me through the entire process. And , in the end , even gave me a thank you card for being so nice and for shopping at shoppers. Great Experience!
Beauty dept girls are so knowledgeable and happy to help anytime we are there. Only complaint is that if you want to smell colognes and perfumes they have to unlock the showcase everytime which is crummy when it's busy.
