The representative Heidi for Canada post is horrible to deal with. On multiple occasions I’ve had issues with her either on the phone or in person. Today, I was dropping off parcels for customers and she gave me a long speech about how my label needed to be and that she potentially couldn’t accept it. She then made me peel one of the labels off of my parcel instead of manually inputting the tracking number causing it to completely tear in half. Out of frustration I swore and she then told me she couldn’t service me. I told her no you’re going to have to as my package was perfectly acceptable before making me peel the label and I have a child waiting at home and I cannot return and that it would affect my sellers score and made me basically beg and apologize to her even though when I had sworn it was about the situation not directed towards her. I asked to speak with a manager before leaving to raise a complaint, I hope that our complaints as customers are taken seriously as I’m not the only one with a problem with Heidi based off other reviews. She seems to absolutely hate her job or just not want to do it as it’s always something and I know plenty of others that would be delighted to have a job like hers.
Im switching from Scott st. to this location. Pharmacist came from behind the counter and absolutely provided wonderful advice as it related to muscle relaxants/prescriptions and cost efficiency.
We have been using this location since moving to St. Catharines in 2017, while Chris was on site it was a pleasure dealing with the pharmacy, it’s a total disaster now, with the exception of Sammy at the check out….as an example, which has happened more times than I care to mention, when we call, as requested by our doctors to continue a prescription that there are no refills for, we are given the run around, the pharmacist is rude and dismissive, not wanting to listen to what is being conveyed.nSad situation…
The PHARMACY can improve customer retention by answering the phone!!! 99% of the time you can't get through. Student pharmacy employees should have a lead Pharmacist double check all prescription related requests.
The store itself is dingy and gross. The only reason I would ever go in there is for the post office. When I last went to pick up an item at the post office inside the Shoppers the lady working the counter was absolutely wonderful, super friendly and very helpful. This Shoppers location is in dire need of remodeling and updating.
