My daughter went to the pharmacy at 11:40 pm urgently needing a puffer for her asthma. She was advised by the pharmacist owner that the store closed at midnight and even though she had two refills on file there wasn’t enough time to fill the prescription before the store closed at midnight, so she could not have a puffer. He told her to come back in the morning. Clearly he doesn’t understand how an asthma attack works.
I had a not-so-fun experience at the pharmacy today that left me feeling pretty distressed and unsure of how I would be getting my antidepressants in time but I came to change my review as the pharmacist on duty this evening phoned me right away to clear things up and fill my prescription herself. Even waiving the fee! Thank you for the awesome customer service!
This Pharmacy might be the worst one in the city. Half the ataff barely speak English. Pharmacy staff gave us mis-information several times. Always a long wait. Terrible service overall. I’ve stopped going to it. I’ll drive to another one or suffer my illness before I go here again.
There is a disrespectful consultant I just spoke to at the pharmacy of Shoppers Drug Mart at 658 Erb St W, who literally spoke like I deserved no respect. All I did was politely asked her for a pain relief medication but this woman reluctantly gave me the most vague answers. The despise showed in her eyes. I will go back to get her name and update it here so everyone knows.nnTo make matters worse, the security guy literally follows me around the store and gives me eye contact as if am a thief. not coming to this location ever again and advising everyone in the family and friends circle AGAINST this location.
I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Delia, a pharmacist who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She provided me with detailed information about my daughter's medication. Very patient and answered all of my questions, which made me feel very comfortable in my daughter's treatment plan. I was impressed by her professionalism and dedication to her work. I would highly recommend this pharmacist to anyone looking for excellent services.
