Nice Shoppers Drug Mart. It is somewhat old and in need of renovations. It is clean though and well lit. There is plenty of parking. It’s your typical Shoppers store. The primary thing is the pharmacy, but also there is a small grocery section. Of course there is the cosmetic section also. Nice but aging store.
Just love the small town experience with this team of pharmacists. They go out of their way for you to serve, teach and befriend. It’s great to have people like this in your back pocket for moments you need a hand. Have been several times to this pharmacy for myself and others. Each time is a delight. Thanks for the service!! Sorry I should name them for their hospitality, but now I can’t remember the unique Egyptian Greek name, Rachelle, and I think Theresa? Long blonde hair. Hope your boss sees this. You have all been wonderful.
Dropped off prescription 2 days ahead of pickup and it still wasn’t ready. Given two days they didn’t look for a medication that fit my insurance, they just decided I didn’t need it until I arrived for pick up and told them I indeed need/want it. Attention given to seniors only. Overlooked 3 times in a group of seniors. Staff not once asking who was waiting first. When they were finally working on said prescription any senior that walked up was immediately helped causing me to wait over an hr. Been using this pharmacy for over 30 years but as of late I will be attending any other pharmacy in sylvan lake.
Service is so slow, doesn’t call when they say they do, can’t find rx that were called and checked up on and told they were ready. So many staff just standing around in the pharmacy as lines grow. Absolutely terrible. If I had another choice on a Sunday I’d def choose it. Don’t waste your time and money unless you absolutely have too. Made 4 trips/ calls to the store to literally get 6 pills for 3 days. And very sick
This has been my pharmacy for several years. All the staff and especially the pharmacy staff have always gone out of their way to be helpful, above and beyond what they could be expected to do. Personal touch from each staff member has always been the 'norm' in my many dealings there. I recently moved to Calgary and even though this is no longer my pharmacy - they were still able to help my new pharmacy get my scripts sorted out there were issues. I very much appreciate them still.
