Have been in a few times to pick up different household and pharmacy needs. Staff is always good, store is very clean and welcoming.
Just visted shoppers drug mart today around 5:30PM. The casher at the front was discrimating. The statement like would you guys need help when we are just discussing about a product, are you ready and is the product in your hand is from this store or any other store. Idk why we were getting that special treatment from her when their were othe customers at the store as well. I have been in Canada for almost 6 years and haven't experienced something like that. Really disappointed.
I appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff here
Zoey is an amazing woman and deserves a raise
I love that they have groceries here. The milk and eggs are almost always cheaper than the grocery store. They also frequently have good sales on other grocery items. Also they usually have a clearance shelf located at the back of the store where I have snagged some great deals.nnThe pharmacy has been quite helpful in the past. When we have had questions about medications or over the counter products they always take the time to help.nnAlso love the shoppers optimum program. I have been able to gain points easily and spend them on certain event days which means I get even more items for free.nnThey have a Canada post parcel pick up location here. My son's and my self love Tracey who works there. She is amazing at her job and always takes time to say hi to the kids and give them a sticker.nnThe only room for improvement would be that in general some of there items can be priced higher than other places but this is balances out with frequent sales. Just wish the diapers would go on a bit better sales because they still always cost more here than other places.nnOverall, I love shoppers and will continue to be a frequent shopper.
