Had a prescription sent there because I was working out of town and ran out. Very helpful and friendly but I found them very expensive for my medication
The staff here are the best thing about this location. Sure, the layout isn't the easiest to navigate but the staff there always seem to try to be as nice and helpful as they can if you have issues, comments or concerns.nnThe pharmacists there do great work and are helpful, patient and accommodating even if there are long lines.
Walk in clinic that was a tax kick back for Loblaws is a joke.nMultiple people have gone and been told sorry your not sick enough.... or your too sick....nCouldn't even fill a basic antibiotic because they didn't have a family DR...nThat's the whole purpose of these clinics TO HELP THE SYSTEMS.nVaccine pushers
This pharmacy is just super difficultnto work with… they NEVER answer the phone which means i have to travel to the store for a refill request. Refills are rarely ready when they say they are i even waited an extra half day this time cuz i know they’re never in time and when i try to transfer my prescriptions to another store they throw up obstacles like “who is the pharmacist on shift at the other pharmacy? not the owner.nlike how am i supposed to know who’s on shift rn at a store 5 kms away???nThis is not a one off event, i’ve been using this pharmacy for 5 years but since moving downtown it’s just gotten ridiculous how much effort it takes to fill a simple prescription…ndo yourself a favour… there’s a really great Rexall just across the street in the YE Centre… GO THERE INSTEAD!!
Andrea I believe was the young lady's name working in the pharmacy was awesome! I forgot my insulin at work. I had the insulin and needle tips just no pen. She set me up with a new pen and saved me alot of grief, thank you so very much!
