Very dis-organized. Booked a Flu-Shot and Covid19 shot on-line.nReceived several reminders regarding the appoints for 11:35 am and 11:40 am.nTook the morning off works as I work about 50kms away. When arrived I was notified that they could not give me the shots as I was not 65. I was very upset as this cost me time and money. I made the attendant aware that why did I get a reminder and was allowed to book the appointment if I did not meet the age requirement. She said I could come back in week. Absolutely the most stupid thing I have encounter. No apology no ownership or responsibility. hey just love wasting peoples time.nnThere are so many bad reviews this location . Some one should consider a class action law suit. The response from the owner is pathetic.
I’ve been a loyal customer of Shoppers for over 20 years, but my recent experience at this location was beyond unacceptable. The store manager was incredibly rude, and the staff displayed a complete lack of accountability. I rely on critical daily medication, and the pharmacy claimed to have faxed my doctor three times. However, when I followed up, I found out the fax had failed each time. Instead of addressing the issue, the staff brushed it off, saying they weren’t responsible for whether the fax actually went through, only for sending it.nnThis kind of negligence is dangerous when it comes to people’s health, and the dismissive attitude of both the manager and staff is completely unprofessional. If you care about your health, I strongly recommend avoiding this location. It’s shocking to encounter such incompetence in a place where responsibility and customer care should be a priority.
My son accidentally booked me for a senior’s flu vaccine, even though I’m not a senior. When I arrived at the pharmacy and realized the mistake, I politely asked if there was anything they could do to help. I asked to speak to the manager, hoping for some understanding.nnWhen the manager came over, I was shocked by how he treated me. Instead of trying to help, he was verbally abusive, raising his voice and speaking to me as if I was a burden. He made me feel small and humiliated for something that was an honest mistake. The way he handled the situation was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I’ve never felt so disrespected in my life. This location needs to seriously rethink how they treat their customers.
Last month I went to this location to get my flu vaccine and accidentally booked a child’s flu shot by mistake. I’m a senior, and when I showed up, they told me I couldn’t get the vaccine because I had booked the wrong one. I understood the mistake and, being patient, asked if I could speak to the manager to see if there was anything they could do to help.nnWhen the manager came over, instead of being understanding, he belittled me in front of the staff and other customers. He kept saying, “You’re wasting everyone’s time,” over and over again, making me feel completely devalued as a customer. I’ve never been treated so poorly, especially in a place where health and care should be the focus. It was an incredibly humiliating experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone who expects basic respect and decency from staff.
Like all other reviewers, I faced the worst pharmacy staff. I am enquiring to get paxilovid and the stuff rudely ask me to get out of the store, because I am not supposed to come in. it is 2024 and years post pandemic! I went 2 other shoppers and all pharmacy stuff are friendly, although they don’t have stock. My wife waited on behalf of me and 20min without being served. I must say these stuff have a tendency of racism. I could not find the employee number or I will make an complaint
