worst customer service ever. there was clearly a sign on the NYX concealer that it was on sale for $11.99 however when i went to cash they said the sign was wrong and didn’t match and they wouldn’t honour it even though they were the ones that put the sale sign there, misleading customers. their stuff is overpriced too, i bought 2 face masks and a mascara and it cost $50 not even including the concealer. very disappointed in my experience and will NOT be going back.nnhire better employees
If you guys looking for a great service in The Beauty department then pls find Ela. Petite Polish lady. She is amazing. I always come to her to get a specific Parfum or Opinion on which one.. Very kind, Professional and just pleasant to deal with , I have been coming to her way before Pandemic.nAnd hopefully for more!nThank you very much Ela for helping me today as always.
The worst customer service by the cashier supervisor, Dorothy. I spoke with a customer service rep on the phone regarding a defective product. The rep on the phone told me that she spoke with a manager at the location and confirmed that I could get a full refund at the same location. I asked my husband to drop by. Once he got there, the cashier supervisor, Dorothy, said there was no phone call or note about my case and refused to give him a refund. He explained that it was a defective product and showed it to her. She kept saying that she could not give him a refund once the package was opened. I went to the store after hearing what happened. I called the customer service line again. After a long wait time on the phone, another rep told me that I could definitely get a refund. I passed my phone to her to let her speak with the customer service rep. She said only 2-3 words on the phone and gave me a refund right away. It was that easy to do it, but she took 1 and a half hours to give a refund. She didn't even say sorry or anything. She just walked away. What an attitude she has.
I love this location. I always get gift cards from here and they always have a wide selection.nnSejal at the cash provided excellent service to an elderly customer in front of me who had a cart full of items. Sejal assisted her with unloading, packing, and securing her bags in her walker and made sure she was good to go. She’s amazing!
The worst customer service ever. This is not the first time I experienced poor customer service at this location. The lady at the pharmacy counter in multiple occasion just look miserable, and when I approached her in 3 different occasions she just barely lift her eyes from her monitor and she asked me? Do you have a question? and me thinking of course I do, what do you think I am standing in front of you? The other day I was looking for help to pick a foundation and the young beautician, stocking shelves barely gave me some help or guidance and today, Thu May 5, I arrived at 11:04 am and left empty handed at 11:54 am again trying to buy a foundation and they have one lady and the beauty counter on seniors day, not good at all. There was only one person ahead of me and I seen the lady helped out 3 more shoppers that came after me. Under staffed and lack of good management. I won't be coming back to this Shoppers Nightmare Drugmart. Thumbs down
