Dr. Ramin Nejat is truly an excellent doctor. He always listens carefully to my concerns and provides the best medical advice and treatments. I really appreciate how attentive and caring he is , he never forgets about me and follows up on my health every six months.nnHis knowledge and guidance give me confidence and peace of mind. I feel very fortunate to have such a dedicated and professional doctor. I truly value and respect him, and I highly recommend Dr. Nejat to anyone looking for exceptional medical care.
Consistently terrible service at the pharmacy. For years I have been telling myself it will be better next time. I have finally transferred all my prescriptions to Boyds, a lovely neighbourhood Pharmasave, because I can no longer continue to give this Shoppers location any more chances. This time I ordered my refill 5 days ago - never heard anything from them so finally went in, only to have them tell me that they don’t have the same brand. And now that I’m there to approve the different brand, it will take 15 minutes to fill. I returned 20+ minutes later and it still was not ready and the assistant said she needed to talk to the pharmacist. So I said forget it and left. If this were the only time I had an issue there, maybe I wouldn’t have been so mad. But things like this have been happening for years to both me and my partner. I would give zero stars if this review would let me.
Slava is an outstanding consultant!nFrom the very first interaction, it was clear that Slava is not only highly knowledgeable but also genuinely cares about his clients. She takes the time to listen, understand your needs, and provide clear, practical solutions. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly approach make working with him a true pleasure. If you’re looking for someone who combines expertise with a personal touch – Slava is your guy. Highly recommended!
Oh my! I have visited this location several times, though not by choice, and my experiences have consistently been disappointing.nnOn one occasion, the pharmacist initially refused to submit my receipt to insurance, stating he did not have time to input my information. After repeated back and forth, he reluctantly agreed. When I was given my medication, no instructions were provided on how to take it.nnBecause not all of my prescription was in stock, I had to return at a later date. Upon returning, staff could not locate any record of my booked appointment with the pharmacist. I had to provide proof via text message, yet I was still met with resistance and unnecessary questioning, including being asked if I was sure of my own name.nnWhen the situation was finally resolved, I was asked to pay for the medication without any attempt to process it through my insurance. Only after I requested it was the claim submitted.nnThe consultation process was equally unprofessional. I was called into the consultation room without a proper introduction or acknowledgment, and no explanation was given about the vaccine I was receiving. Once the injection was complete, the pharmacist disposed of the materials carelessly and gave no further instructions other than to wait 15 minutes in the waiting area.nnThe overall atmosphere was unprofessional, with staff speaking dismissively to customers, arguing among themselves, and giving the impression of disorganization and disregard for patient care. Based on these repeated negative experiences, I sincerely hope I will not have to return to this location.
This store has just about everything you could want or need BUT the pharmacy itself has become terrible.nnI don't know why, but over the past couple of years, it has started taking longer and longer to get a prescription filled or refilled. Now we have wait between 3 and 5 days for some. Forget same day service.nnBoyd's on Agricola and North End on Gladstone are both smaller but do a much better job of managing prescriptions. That's where we'll take our new prescriptions from on.nnShoppers, you can do better!
