Worst Customer Service ever, today morning the lady on till not presented at desk while checkout, chatting on phone even though she know I was waiting for her, finally I have to go out with self check out. While I just request to her for Service, she refuses and when I ask her name, she didn't replying. I just wonder how the manager allowed to work the associate without their name plate? Is this the customer service? People only come because you are at prime location, for the service it's zero. MONDAY 22 APRIL 2024, MORNING CASHIER Don't HAVE NAME PLATE. , CHATTING ON PHONE, NO ONE REPRESENTS THE TILL.
The manager of this shoppers is the rudest customer service representative I have ever met. I went in with a simple complaint about shopping carts all over the parking lot, as I couldn't even park without scratching my car on one, or getting out and moving all them. And his reply was it's not their responsibility. They don't have enough employees and it's on the customers. So to bad basically, and get a hold of customer service If I had any more questions. When I said it scratched my car and they need to be cleaned up I was told if I continue to argue he'll call security . Isnt a managers job to hear conplaints? And not just tell me to screw off or he'd call security? I've lived in Brannon for 30 years and I will never come back to this location which is unfortunate cuz I was a daily customer. If I can rate the manager it's himself.
Supervisor named Jamie or however you spell it is no good. She likes to accuse kids of stealing and confronts by asking “do you have money?” “If not get out, you aren’t welcome back here” “If you come back I’ll be watching you”. Can’t even back up her own accusations and proceeds to say “bye never see you again” after knowing what she did was wrong. What a joke this shoppers drug mart is. Why treat customers like this? Especially young kids.
I have been going to Shoppers Drug Mart for my prescriptions first on Victoria, then to The one in the mall ever since Brown’s drugstore shut down on Rosser Avenue. I have been a very loyal customer for many years. With many invisible illnesses And previous stroke, I get a blister pack.nnOn this particular day I was missing one week of pills and phoned shoppers drug Mart-spoke to pharmacy assistant. She said there was nothing they could do. The next day I spoke to Glenda The owner and head pharmacist, and her response was “ i’m sorry but I didn’t take your call.” I need my pills every day and that is so unprofessional! We are treated just like a number despite our loyalty here! My husband and I both pulled our prescriptions and transferred it over to a different pharmacy. It turns out shoppers drug Mart has the highest dispensary fees in all of Canada!
In a busy world and busy environment, I just wanted to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to Glenda & her pharmacy team!! My family and I have our prescriptions issued there and they go above and beyond to meet our needs. This is particularly true when the prescription has expired and you have to go through the motions of getting a renewal from a walk in doctor? That experience is never an assurance that it would go well with such a high demand to see one at any given time!!nOur needs are only a microcosm of a much larger customer base that any pharmacist deals with on any given day. It is particularly a pleasure when I'm recognized and they have my prescription ready without asking.nSo THANKS again...YOU ARE APPRECIATED!!!! :-
