Shopko Hometown Park Falls Pharmacy

I was trying to correct an error and three way called with the insurance and the pharmacist, I have never heard such a lack of professionalism. After leaving us on hold for nearly 20 minutes, he would not listen to the VA expert, proceeded to argue over the instruction, and refused to see that it was a problem. This is the last time we will do business with Shopco Pharmacy.

Extremly rude, poor/slow service. They have no sense of HIPPA laws when it comes to discussing perscriptions, the pharmacist was loud and was saying private things in front of other customers that I found very unprofessional. They are never smiling or happy. I would suggest getting your perscriptions else where.

New pharmacist is a bit rude although that seems to be the norm in northern Wisconsin.

Terrible. Rude. Wouldn’t work to correct problem. Transferred every prescription for myself and my family out.

Hours are terrible, close with no notice, and slow service when open!
