Horrible ... I tried to return a shirt that’s been in a bag on my dresser and Joanne said it was wrinkled and she couldn’t take it back  she said it looked like it was worn .. the other was actually bought 2 days before with tags on it ... and she said the same thing about that one ... it was in a bag lmao .. with a receipt !!  She really could use some customer service training ..what .. did she think I was trying to pull one over on her for $12.00... suggestions to whom ever likes shopko ... houghton shopko is awesome !! Friendly people and treat customers very well
