I was just informed that this pharmacy was going out of business soon and wanted to say, as a customer how sorry I was to hear this. This is the most professional pharmacy I have ever used in over 40+ years. From Patty the head pharmacist to all of the other techs and employees I have never experienced such above and beyond customer service as they have consistently displayed. They knew every customer by name and you were greeted as so whenever you walked through the door. Every employee was available and happy to drop whatever they were presently doing and work on what needed to be done to help customers get their prescriptions on time or to put the leg work into remedying any late coming prescriptions from doctors or facsimile errors that may occurred during prescription transfers. This closure will be a loss to our community and all of these fine individuals will be sorely missed for their amiable attitudes and extremely hard work. One of the last few remaining vestiges of truly great customer service is closing. Based on the 5 years of experience I have had with each employee, if I had room for any other customer service employees I would consider myself very fortunate to have any of these ladies as part of my business’s team.
