Friendly, fun staff. Spacious bar. Decent selection of pub food.. and surprisingly delicious taco salad! Brought half of it home and it was still good hours later! Interior is pretty dated, but the regulars don’t seem to mind.. suggesting they dress up the exterior of the building a little. Not much to identify this place from the street. I almost drove by without realizing there was a restaurant here.
Fun place with great food and friendly staff. Has pull tabs, keno lottery and a pool table also many big screen tv's for sports viewing. Great environment for a great time !!
Went in with my bf fewfor a beers and some snacks. How awesome to have trench on tap!! I never got our waitresses name but she hair. She was awesome and super friendly. The other girl working there with blonde hair is a different story. She was sitting on the bar just singing and being extremely rude to our server. Such professionalism! If I were management of seriously reconsider hiring girls like that's you can easily tell she was gossiping about out server to the old man at the bar.. I feel for blue haired girl. But she handled herself with professionalism and class. She deserves a raise
I felt like my privacy had been violated upon entering the bar Friday night. The doorman had me stand against the wall and took my photo and a copy of my id without my consent. They have some good performances at times, but the layout is poor, and the food was terrible. A friend remarked on the soda costing more then liquor! Service left something to be desired, and was slow to notice we were ready to order, even though the space was dead.
Terrible service. Was dead & the waiter did not understand that my friend wanted a mug let alone a mug without ice for her Bottled Beer. Only brought the 2 of us one menu, forgot our waters. After we ordered a large plate of nachos to share he asked if we'll be ordering entrees after...yeah right. Prenounced jalapenos as jaw-lap-pinose. Waited over 20 mins with a empty drink in an almost empty bar,got bills and left. Was terrible but we were still kind enough to leave a little bit of a underserved tip.
This place is totally immature, and only good for teenagers that sneak in with fake ID! The Bartenders try to rip you off so they can get higher tips! The manager is totally immature and blames the consumers for their fauts. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOW CLASS BUSINESS!!! Better Places to spend money!!! Wish old owner was around!
Pop quiz: you work in a pub kitchen, the new waitress brings you an order reading appy, entree, appy, entree. You can't see the table from the kitchen. Do you serve it all up at once ish or maybe ask how many people at the table? And how does the steak dinner arrive before the dry garlic ribs? Answer: it's easy when the steak is undercooked and the ribs overcooked. Except they aren't ribs - ribs have bones. The beef dip, which at least came after the crab dip, was apparently pretty good, because it didn't last long. The crab dip is still too hot to taste.
We were traveling through & needed a place to watch the NBA game. We called & they said they would have it on for us. Extremely accommodating and friendly. Had a few beers & enjoyed the game.
I went there for the Prince George Social Dance Connection. They hold a dance roughly once a month at Shooters. Shooters offers good food we usually get the Pubchos and a decent selection of drinks.
Nice space with club feel yet pub seating. Fun place. Little worried about the need to scan driver's licence though, not sure why this would be needed.
