I cannot recommend this place enough. The food was OUTSTANDING. One of the best meals I have had this year. The interior decor might be cafeteria style but the food is world class. If you are in Estevan, go go go here. Also the staff were super friendly. They are the complete dining experience.

This is a true hidden gem in Estevan! The food is delicious and fresh. The server was fast and cheerful. It seems to be much more like a take out place than dine in. We were the only people there dinning in, however there was a steady stream of takeout orders being picked up. The decor and furniture could use some work but I will definitely be going back for more.
It's hard to find good sushi in the middle of the prairies. I don't know how the staff at Jino's source their seafood, but it always tastes pretty good considering the location. It won't be the best sushi you've ever tasted in Canada, since coastal restaurants in BC or Ontario will have the advantage of location, but it'll be some of the best sushi you taste in the middle of the Canadian Prairies! My personal recommendation is the Estevan Roll. You don't initially expect cream cheese to make sense in a sushi roll, but it adds a pleasant sweetness to the roll. The rest of their menu is great as well, you won't regret eating here!
The decor isn't super fancy but that's fine because the food is well done. Lunch bento box was a good value and had many options. The tempura was crispy and light. They serve this with gyoza as well as a five-piece dynamite roll.
Food tasted great, service was quick. Presentation was beautiful.

It was good, not great. The service was quite slow. The dining room is quite 'regal' to put it kindly. The food itself was decent. It's better than the supermarket sushi but it definitely lacks that finesse you expect of good Japanese cuisine. Sushi is supposed to be visually stunning, texturally playful, and delicious, but it was quite sloppy. It was tasty though and the server was delightful. They're good enough to have again but they're lucky they're the only sushi restaurant in Estevan.
I had the California roll Bento, it was good, and it had a variety of things. I'm not a big fan of the soup they gave us as starter, I didn't understand the waitress what it was, but I tried it. The soup was an onion broth with tofu I think?? But other than that it was good
