slow/poor service, missing parts of order in carry-out, unwilling to resolve, hung up when I called to let them know the order was screwed up. food tasted old as well. way over priced too. terrible place overall.

I'm so mad right now! I've eaten at shoguns several times on the Japanese side and food is always good and fresh, So today I decided to try the Chinese take out bad, horrible mistake food was the nastiest Chinese food EVER my rice was not fried it was regular gummy white rice with eggs and boiled chicken no flavor at All! My egg rolled burnt, my chicken egg foo young burnt, gravy look like a bowl of mustard I'm pisst live to far to back!

The service was slow, drinks were not filled, things were forgotten. The food was ok but overpriced. Hibachi chef was nice but he seemed confused by the other couples question. Also the carpet is sticky. Next time I'm driving the 10 miles to Ichiban.

The food was good, the service was ok, but when a woman sharing our Hibachi table started video chatting with her friend, loudly, obnoxiously, and inappropriately (children were seated at the same table), I immediately notified the waitress, the host(ess) and asked for a manager, that never appeared.
If I'm going to spend a couple of hundred dollars on food, I expect to have a decent dining experience and have someone available to speak with should there be an issue.
Bad show Shogun.
