From disaster to perfection! Was convinced these Cole Haan’s were done after a rather rough day out walking in hot sun and gravel at our daughter’s convocation ceremony, but the pros at Shoe Medic needed just a couple of weeks to revive them and truly, bring them back to life! Thanks once again to the shoe “surgeons” at shoe medic for your professionalism and commitment to perfection and for exceeding this customer’s expectations!

I definitely have my fair share of shoes and boots and am quite "picky" as to where I take them to get work done. I just picked up my new pair of Louboutin shoes, that I took to Shoe Medic to get a half sole in red put on to protect the bottom, and had to post this review. The work they did was beyond what I expected! I have used them in the past, but this is the first time I had them put the red sole on for me. All the staff members are honest, respectful and caring- trust their service, you will not be disappointed if you bring your shoes them. These guys work with great detail and take pride in their work- their work will shine through when you pick up your product. If something cannot be done, they are honest and will tell you what can and cannot be done. Their prices are great and extremely fair for the workmanship They produce. I have seen other designer shoes and boots in their shop and they were all so well done. I have no doubt that you will be pleased!

Great quality work at a reasonable price. Very satisfied, as long as I’m nearby, this is where I’ll go. My shoes look almost new after being restored from years of neglect.

My experience at the ShoeMedic was great!! The staff is knowledgeable and is looking out for the customers best interest. I had one of my favorite leather belts repaired within minutes at a very fair price. Their service is outstanding; I would strongly recommend the ShoeMedic.

Very helpful and was able to repair my favourite shoes. I have gone to other shoe repairs but I feel as though they never did a good job, especially since the sole is a specific colour. Show medic was able to match the right colour of sole and now my shoes look brand new!!! Highly recommend

One of my shoes had a mark that I was unable to remove and so I came here for help. The customer service was excellent and they were able to remove the tough stain quickly and thoroughly! Very pleased and will definitely return there for all my shoe repair needs.

Great place to repair shoes, boots or purses. I had a roots purse that needed a screw replaced. When I took it to Roots, they said they weren’t sure how much it would cost and said it would take at least 20 days. I brought it to ShoeMedic and they replaced it in 15 minutes and didn’t charge me. These guys are amazing, I highly recommend them.

Every time I need something fixed with any of my leather shoes or boots the first place I go is ShoeMedic. They're always friendly, helpful, and most importantly they do a great job. I have had shoes cleaned, stretched, resoled, and refinished and they always extend the life of my footwear significantly. If you invest in quality shoes or boots you should 100% take them to shoe medic after a season or two of wear and let them work on them, it'll ensure you wear them for another 2-3 seasons and they'll likely help them last longer than that.

I was a walk-in customer that stopped in to inquire about altering my leather belt. The gentleman at the front took my measurements and told me to come back in 15min. When I arrived back at the store he insisted on not charging me and that he appreciated the business. I love the service and will be a life long customer. Thanks a lot ShoeMedic!

I would highly recommend this shoe repair. The service and workmanship were excellent. I walked into the store and needed a quick repair on my sandals. They had them fixed in 15 min and the work was perfect. Very friendly staff and excellent service.
