I can’t say enough good things about the service at this location. Chad, the manager, is absolutely fantastic. Every time I head in, he goes above and beyond to make sure I find exactly what I need, offering expert advice and a genuine willingness to help that you just don't see everywhere.nThe store is well-organized and stocked, but it’s the customer service that really sets it apart. Chad makes the whole experience seamless and stress-free. If you're working on a project or just need a few things around the house, this is definitely the place to go.nHighly recommended!
Great management!nHad an issue with returning a yeti bag. After speaking with the manager, he was able to work with me to find my order and we got a resolution to the problem. Great costumer service and patience!nThank you very much for putting the time in, it was really appreciated
Friendly helpful staff unlike the one in Minden where customers seem to interrupt their day.nIf you can spend your money here and not in the Minden HH then do it! No one star reviews for these guys but the Minden one is loaded and clearly they haven't learnt.
Always helpful, always staff to great you upon arrival and readily available to help customers.
A surprising amount of merch. The staff were both helpful and friendly though
