Shield's Pizza of Macomb

This was my first time at shields and I was there with family and friends for a party. Our waitress was in a hurry to get away from our tables and had a very short temper. My son who ordered a salad didn't get it until out pizzas were on the table and I had to ask her for it. She blatantly lied and said it was in the window and said she brought it last so it wouldn't wilt. Really? Shameful. That will be my last time going there. I do not recommend shields for parties. Once our two pizzas came they were not cooked enough. Oh well. Just thought I would share my experience

We always enjoy our time with the staff and food here. But today Shelly and frank went overboard!!! Thank you for the wonderful service and special meal you prepared for us!!!

We had a coupon for $6 off and one of our friends had a $4 off coupon. We were told we couldn't use our coupon because they only accept 1 coupon per table. We paid separately so I don't see the logic behind their reasoning. It's not even much money but we just felt "wrong" with the bs 1 coupon per table that we don't even wanna come back. Good food but terrible service.

Great pizza family friendly they have people sometimes show up in costumes for kids great service as well
