My family was so blessed to deal with Sherwood Park Dodge, Salim and Cassidee made every step of the way easy for us and there was no messing around, I told Salim what I was interested in, and they made it happen, we got almost the exact model we wanted with less KM on the vehicle and full 5 year warranty, without having to shop around during the polar vortex. We are so grateful for all the hard work that was put in for us to have this perfect family vehicle!
My husband and I needed to upgrade our vehicle as we just had a baby and we needed something more safe and reliable. We have never had such a good experience at a dealership in our life! All the staff were great. introduced themselves and were very welcoming. I got to give a shoutout to Kristina in sales for getting us the best deal for our dream truck! She took her time and made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision. Also, another shout out to the finance manager- Andrea who took out all the stress of financing. They both were incredibly kind and fun to work with! I don’t have any complaints about this dealership and will make the 3 hour drive to go back to this dealership in the future.
Huge shout out the the amazing customer service at Sherwood Dodge. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. I saw Aldin a few months back when I was looking to get into a new vehicle; he was an outstanding salesman, kind, not pushy, very down to earth. I didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle but couple weeks ago my husband and I were back at Sherwood dodge to get him into a truck. Again Aldin was incredible from start to end. Thank you Aldin for making Sherwood dodge a wonderful experience!
Pretty much just spent all day here. Husband and I had a difficult trade in, which we have tried multiple dealerships to try and help us, to no avail.nBetween Mike, Salim, and Erica, they managed to get it done for us and we purchased a very nice Blue Ram. We did want a V8..but it wouldn't work, and I also wanted to be on the loan..to help my credit.. but that wasn't possible. But we knew going in we would be lucky to even get a deal.nThe dealership is nice and clean and everyone working there is super nice. They have a cafe, and if you are there to buy, your salesman can give you a voucher for a free meal. They have a coffee machine with free coffees of different kinds. Seating area to eat, and comfortable seating area to relax and watch TV. All in all a good experience.
