One star is the lowest!!! It's still more then 0 stars which is the rating I want to leave them and the rating they deserve!!!. All they do is over promise and under deliver. My intention is not to humiliate them (they do that enough on their own) but to warn people to stay away!!! If they ask for details in a response I will be more then happy to share them publicly.

I just walked in to get a price on a car I was interested in and take a look at it and I got to sit down with Charles. And all I can say is I nearly left purchasing it. Not because he is pushy or forceful, but his knowledge is amazing and he really know about the car and the company. He answered everything professionally and knew exactly how to relate me as the client to the vehicle. When the time comes to purchase the car I will definitely be going back to Charles. Utmost professional and knowledgeable service I've ever receive. Highly recommend to go see him when looking for any car even if it's not a Nissan.

We used to have great faith in the service department here and have taken our car to be serviced here for 10+ years, but that has all been flushed down the drain now. We recently took the car if for servicing because the brakes squeaked. They replaced the rear brakes and rotors but it did not resolve the squeaking. We brought it in again and they said they made an "adjustment." It still did not resolve the squeaking. We brought it in a third time and now they want to charge us $100 just for assessing. I spoke with Tisha (who in the past has been excellent) as well as Usher (Service Manager) but they were not empathetic at all. I explained that from my perspective they did not resolve the problem and that if they still wanted to charge me $100 for assessing the car again that it would be enough to lose us as customers for life. Usher seemed indifferent and decided he would rather lose us as a customer than lose a potential $100. Short sighted!!! We will now take our business elsewhere and likely won't buy another Nissan or Infiniti vehicle again.

Just picked up my first brand new vehicle today! We had a very pleasant experience with Sherway Nissan and Raymond who was our sales consultant. Raymond provided me and my family with a great deal of information by answering all of our questions and the best part of it was that he was very patient and genuine in aiding us towards making the right decisions. He was not pushy at all and only had our best interest at heart. Totally recommend this dealership and Raymond if you're skeptical about salespeople pushing you ripping you off like I was at first!

It has been a pleasure dealing with the amazing staff at Sherway Nissan. Alex has made the purchase of a used car for my 80 year old dad simple, quick and with no pressure. He does not hesitate to continue helping my dad with after sales questions and concerns which shows that he really cares about his customers and will do just about anything to make and keep you happy. Keep up the great work Alex. This is how all dealerships should treat their customers. :)
