Sheridan Neurology: Mayer Thomas O MD

I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Mayer. He did a nerve study on my hands, was very thorough and explained everything as he went. It did take a bit to get into him, but he explained he has been having some staffing issues. All in all I would highly recommend Dr. Mayer and his staff they treated me very well. I thank them for their kind and professional treatment of my issue!

Had a referral sent in on Nov 11. Called in and they said very rudely not to call them, they would call us. So we waited. Went to Cardiologist and they called for me and couldn't get me an appointment. We called in Dec and they said they never got a referral. So hospital sent another one. Left messages and never got a call back. Now have pre-op this week for surgery that they can't do until Neurologist signs off on it. Another message... still waiting.

I would highly recommend Dr. Mayer. He took the time to review my case thoroughly and help with a referral. His concern and willingness to help me was so refreshing, in contrast to many of the other doctors we had already seen. His staff was also very caring and helpful!

Don't feel bad John, they opened my case 8 months ago.then Autumn Barrett tells me definitely a problem, no money no insurance but we will still charge you a office visit, so hear I sit still sick. They care more about money then they do about healing the sick. Heck they even let me sit 40 minutes past my appointment time then say sorry, I had another appointment and left.
