We stayed here for 1 night for our Alaska cruise. Booked the 2 room suite and it was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We got he 35th floor with great views.nThe location is also great very close to the port and in the middle of downtown so easily accessible to a lot of eating places and coffee shops. Staff was exceptionally friendly and provided amazing service. There is also a Starbucks inside the hotel which was great to have breakfast as the hotel does not offer breakfast. The only downside was that the amenities pool and fitness center were in the other Tower which was a good 10 minute walk. We also could not locate an elevator to go down to the fitness center / pool. The amenities are pretty good with an indoor pool and jacuzzi and a large spacious fitness center.nWe will definitely consider this hotel on our next pre-cruise stay.
Great place to stay! The room was like 2 in 1 and very cozy. The room closest to the bathroom had a door for a bit more privacy. The front room was more open with a large screen tv, a desk, and a few chairs. The bathroom was a little tight but had the essentials, and the shower was great. There was a decent size fridge to hold bottled water or drinks and counter top space to prepare coffee/tea. Also, a decent size closet to hang items. There was also a main light switch at the door so you didn't have to go around cutting off all the lights if you were heading out, just press the switch down and it covered all lights/lamps. Service was great and provided ample amount of towels. The hotel has a North and South side, it's easy to get turned around the but the staff were extremely helpful in helping us to navigate. Great views of the city and mountains from the side we were on. Overall, wonderful experience!
Had a very good stay here. The service was excellent.nHad a Club floor room, it was very warm and temperature was hard to regulate. The bathroom was tiny and shower pressure weak. That really needs improvement.nFast wifi and the bed was comfortable.nnThe lounge is fantastic especially the terrace, though food offerings could be a bit better. Note that during peak times it could be a wait for the elevators.nWould stay again.
Beautiful hotel in the heart of Vancouver. The rooms are efficiently designed and well appointed. My one disappointment is that the TV does not provide an internet option. The pillows are fluffy, the beds are comfy and the shower/sink options are exquisite. The view from the rooms on the higher floors are amazing. The newly renovated club has a modern look, the food options are fantastic and the staff extremely helpful, attentive and friendly. All the front desk staff with whom I interacted were gracious and helpful. Thanks for a pleasant and memorable stay.
We had a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was excellent and all staff were very friendly and polite. Good selection of restaurants nearby and is close to the harbour area. I fed back on a small issue that I encountered during my stay and the matter was dealt with efficiently and courteously by the front desk.
