I’ve stayed at this hotel many times for work, and I continue to return because of its excellent, central location.nnThe staff are always warm and welcoming. I would especially like to recognize Maria from the room service team — she is consistently hospitable and goes above and beyond to ensure every need is taken care of. She truly stands out.nnThe only downside is that the property feels a bit dated and could benefit from some updates. While the rooms are comfortable, the lack of internet-enabled TVs limits entertainment options. Additionally, one of the two whirlpools has been out of order during my last two visits, and the saunas are also currently unavailable. The fitness centre would benefit from a refresh to match the otherwise excellent service.nnThat said, the team’s genuine hospitality always makes my stays enjoyable, and I look forward to returning on future visits.
We loved our stay for my fiancee birthday here. Extra thanks to Anna from Room service, she really go above and beyond to make our stay more memorable and give us reason to come back for next year as well for sure. Overall had great experience with everything.
We just got back from three nights at the hotel and had a great stay! Family of four two kids under 8 plus a dog. Hotel was clean, rooms were clean yes a bit outdated but that’s because it’s not a new hotel!, and pool and gym area were also super clean. We spent a lot of time in the pool and it was a highlight for the kids. We would definitely stay here again.nnAll of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely something that stood out for us.
Staff are great and frendly. If your staying here for Work it's totally fine. If your on vacation or having a couple's get-a-way maybe take another look online. They have an amazing photographer who deserves a pay rise. the pool and amenities are very dated and could use a refresh. Beds are very stiff if you like that.
Everything about my stay was incredible. Details were never overlooked, and the personable hospitality, stellar.nEvery staff members we’ve interacted with at the hotel was fantastic, went above and beyond with service and professionalism.nThey really made my weekend getaway with my wife something to remember. Would recommend to anyone and will be coming back next time I’m attending an event in downtown.
