Sheppard-Provost Car Wash

I won’t be back, usually clean car myself but was due for a cleaning anyways and couldn’t be bothered. When I saw the state of the car I knew I wouldn’t even bother to complain about the mess that was obviously left, of what you can see in these photos was the state prior to cleaning the car, really all that was done professionally was the vacuuming of the mats. Everything else, below below avg service. Afterwards, I got home went upstairs brought my own cleaning stuff down and finished the job, which shouldn’t happen considering the $38 charge with tax. Considering it would’ve taken them an additional 5 min to do the job correctly it is quite sad. I’ve seen other reviews and honestly don’t think the staff/ owner of this place reaps the benefits of these reviews. Shame. It’s a good location, but poor service. Will be going to lesmill/York mills auto detailing location next time I’m too lazy to do the job myself.Services: Vacuuming

I brought the most expensive combo with deluxe one$40, but they’ve got the worst attitude with worst quality of service! NEVER WANNA GO BACK! Just look the picture after the wash, is so disgusting. DON’T GO!

I was here to do quick cleanup after the bad weather and that was worst cleaning I have ever had at this store , they had so much employees to do their job but they don’t know how to do their job, not sure if I’ll be back .

What a fantastic car wash! The staff was friendly, the facilities were clean and my car came out sparkling. I appreciate the attention to detail and the extra effort taken to ensure my car was spotless. Thanks for great service, i will definitely vist again

Worst car wash, they charged us $38 and the services provided were not even worth $10. Really bad stuff arguing with us when we complained. Pathetic service and very rude behaviour. Our car came out with scratches and it’s a brand new car! Owner was so rude with us and not ready to accept his mistake!

I just had a bracelet stolen from middle consol of my car while they were detailing the car. The one guy had a smirk on his face. I didn't see anyone take it but I know they took it. Do not take your car there. One star is too much.Services: Auto interior vacuuming

They just threw the mats without placing them, the vacuum is not good, everywhere is still dirty, scratches have occurred around the car. Please look at the photos which are after washed.

Didn’t cleaned the car properly even though i bought the expensive interior detailing pack ! The boot was not properly cleaned , even the cup holders , mats was all wet which later on started stinking the whole car & carpet ! Money Waste !!!

I've have been going here for years, they do a pretty good job considering how quick it is and are great if you ask them to redo it or touch up some spots that were missed. We like them so much we bought the pass for multiple washes!
