Shelly's Florist & Gift Shop

First time and last time using this florist. First is it called Shelly's Florist or Buffalo's Best Flowers LLC? The business name name is different on both the Google Maps listing and website. I placed my order the evening before delivery, I called the florist the next morning to see how long it would take with the 4 inches of snow we just received. The owner assured me that deliveries are generally done by 2 pm but it may run a little later with the weather. The flowers still were not delivered by 4:30. I called and told the girl who answered and told her if they cannot be there by 5 pm to cancel the order. She said that they have quite a bit of orders and the weather is bad, she said she would have the owner call me on this, and the owner never called. The flowers were delivered around 4:45 and looked old and thin compared to the picture when you order them. I have no idea why this is Buffalo's Best Flowers or how they expect someone to be home from 9 am to 5 pm. Normally anything you order would give you a time window to expect the delivery.

I have gotten many amazing arrangements from Shelly’s Florist. The FIRST question people ask me is where I got the flowers from. They are beautiful, fresh and inspiring designs. They have been my centerpieces for holidays for the last few years. Thank You Shelly’s Florist!

I've ordered from them at least 50 times with no problems ever!!! Flowers are always beautiful and have always lasted at least 10 days and a few lasted over 20 days!!! Would recommend over and over again!!

I have used a lot of flower shops across the country for both business and personal. This shop is by far the best I have ever worked with. Thier product is second to none. Thier staff is amazing. The talent they have does not even compare to others. They go out of thier way to make every arraignment spectacular and sometimes on a moments notice. They will work with you to exceed your expectations and do whatever it takes to make your event a success. If you truly want the best you have found the place!
