Communication issue to customers from staff. Advised them I worked a 12 hour day on the day my truck was booked in for an appraisal. So I dropped my truck off early in the am and the keys later that morning. Thinking they would phone me when it was done…. No one phoned me and no one left me the keys in the outside drop box when I specifically said I work untill 7PM and wouldn’t get back by closing time. I am currently stuck in shellbrook writing this review and awaiting a ride because I live out of town. I will not be coming here again for anything.
Absolutely horrible service. They messed up both my trucks at the body shop. I went back and they said, there older vehicles it is what it is. What ever happened to caring for the customer. They charged sgi for new AC Delco parts. I have the paper work. And got used parts from the wrecker and took the full payment for themselves. And I was left with used and after market parts that Did not only not line up, and didn't match. Body lines were crooked and the management refused to help me. Very arrogant group of people. I made a choice to support you as has my family for many years. You just lost a whole family legacy of loyal business.
I had heard great things about Shellbrook Chev from people in Prince Albert for years now. I wanted to see for myself and was not disappointed. Very friendly staff and Cid got me into my dream truck. Buying our vehicle from this dealership was great experience! We found them to be honest and fair with their pricing, knowledgeable about their products and down-to-earth. It was a very relaxed environment and we did not feel any unwanted pressure to purchase a vehicle. The small town hospitality was appreciated! Worst dealer ever since new management. Disrespectful to life long customers, worst of all they will rip you off not even trying to hide it. Really too bad.

Friendly & knowledgeable personal. Can test drive vechiles. Salesperson took time to make sure I knew about all the "bells & whistles" of the truck. Thus I brought a vechile. I'd recommend this dealership.
