I was there on Sunday evening January 18 to get gas and had a very uncomfortable experience with the cashier. After stopping my pump mid pump he tried to tell me I didn’t pay and would not restart unless I redid my credit card. After arguing with me and calling me an idiot he cancelled my transaction. When I asked what his name was so I could speak to his boss he claimed he was the boss. Given I frequent this gas station I knew this was a lie and told him so. He then followed me out of the store yelling at me. As I was in my vehicle he gave me the finger and yelled the f word you to me. This was also in front of many customers as the pumps were all full. A gentleman heading into the store while he was yelling stood outside and didn’t know what to do. I hope this isn’t the kind of service people have to look forward to now. The other employees are usually very polite and customer service oriented.

It was a very unpleasant visit and we had to spend our money on crappy car wash equipment. Vaccuum simply does not work properly and the foam brush is very untidy.nnThe Filipino staff JANNY was very rude to us and saying we should already go out and stop washing our vehicles when it is only 9:20pm...we told him to give us a few minutes since we are just finishing up drying our cars but he completely lost his mind and kept on repeating that we must leave and he has a lot of things to do. We checked the website and the carwash closes at 10pm, so why the hurry?nnNever will we return here to have our cars washed.

HinToday went to the shell gas car wash 22nd street west Saskatoon.nSo much disappointment. Poorly managed car was. Wanted to have pre-soak not working, card-Tap not working and vacuum not working. Poor and poor service.nFeel any shame shelll gas car wash 22nd street west?

It's good .. not the best area so they keep the paper towel inside if you want to check your oil . Not sure if they had window squeegee

No supplies to clean the windows when you stop to fuel up; no washrooms for paying customers; and rude staff. Sadly one of the few places with diesel.
