Waited 45 min for car wash, finally pull in and my car is sprayed with soap. The car was SHUTS DOWN. Thank god I had my cell phone. He finally comes out tells me to pull out. I said what about the soap on my car? Well you can wait in line again or I will give you your money back & a courtesy car wash. Not happy, I pull to the front of station, won't give me courtesy wash cause I used the one I bought. Are you kidding me?!! I ask for my money back so I can go and get the soap off my car in twoonys & loonies. He would only give me $10. THEN I had to ask for the remaining $5. Not happy!

Car wash did a TERRIBLE job at washing only the top of my car... I don't know how it could do that. They let me go a second time, but the result was the same. They would not give me a free wash for after the car was was repaired... they didn't even admit that it needed to be repaired! If you want your car cleaned, AVOID this car wash at all cost!!!

Gas side is good but good luck getting a rewash. I had soap all over my car after and the girl inside who was very rude told me it was my cars fault and she won't give me a rewash..

Car wash is rarely down...however they will not let you re-wash for free if you are not satisfied with the original quality.
