TERRIBLE. Gas poured out of faulty pump. Owner Sam NEVER CALLED. Cashier Maha too LAZY to fill paper for receipts at pump. Called CustomerService who REPEATEDLY failed to return calls. Gas on my car, the ground, my COAT & SHOES & I PAID FOR IT & cannot get a response.

This location for Shell has some very rude employees. Marian is one that likes to yell at customers. I enquired about an email i got about renewing my car wash card, as I showed her the email, as she tried to scam me by stating I have to renew my car wash card after 7 days of having no washes on my card. I corrected her as she began to yell. I just wanted to know what the bonus was. I made the formal complaint to Shell Canada Head Office as the customer services here is terrible. Go to the Shell at Erindale station/Burhamthorpe instead.... much better services.

Very busy location! Hard to get in and out depending which direction you are headed. Handy Tim's there though

Really bad customer service and always found the employee sleeping at night I have to walk to him and wake him up . Today they played a trick selling v power gas by saying it's the same price as regular gas (106.9)and they changed the numbers on pumps as very power and regular gas are 109.6$ , while I checked other shell 500m away and they are selling regular gas for 100.9 , be aware these guys are just taking your money by tricking customers. 🖓🖓🖓🖓🖓🖓

Friendly attendance, cheaper belmont price, gas price are okay.
