Very disappointed with the customer service at this Shell station. I raised a concern and was completely ignored by the staff member, who chose to chat with someone he knew instead of helping me. No effort was made to acknowledge or resolve my issue. Lazy staff.
Horrible gas station in the downtown area, the staff is always sullen, always unhappy with something, I made a remark to them 6 months ago regarding the gas pump number 4 Your contactless payment system doesn't work there, 6 months have passed and they still haven't fixed it, the toilet is always in terrible condition and the stench fills the entire gas station, so ladies and gentlemen, keep in mind...
So disappointed!!!nTook almost 10 minutes to fill up 70 dollar gas in pump 3……..look like the nozzle was dripping!!!! PLEASE UPDATE THE SYSTEM!!!! Do not like to come anymore…..,talked to the counter guy and he look like doesn’t know what’s wrong !!!!nKeep people in the counter who has knowledge and can answer!
I pumped gas at this gas station this morning. The station insisted of a pre-payment via a credit card. I showed the counter both my credit card and my BCAA card which is supposed to get me a 10% rebate. My credit card record shows that the counter charged me TWICE for pre-payment and gave me ZERO BCAA rebate. AVOID this gas station!
I’m not going to fault this Shell location on their current price per litre as this is commonplace across the city. The reason for the poor review is in the hands of pump 5, this pump decided to hold my credit card hostage for almost 20 minutes. I have not chosen this pump since and will rethink this negative review if this pump gets replaced or repaired.
