Must pay at pump/till before fueling. Makes me feel like I'm a crook or something. No other station in the area is like this. I go here only if I can't avoid it.

Full serve charges extra. Guys coming out for full service are useless. Why bother asking to pump my fuel when I’m already $50 in?

Just came here for a car wash. Car came out with mud still on it. Went in to complain and they said it was my fault for not getting the deluxe wash. Their "high pressure" rinse was more like an old shower head. And it only went one direction over my car. FRUSTRATING!
