Worst place to gas, car wash is garbage if it doesnt work they dont reimburse you unlike henderson location. Doesnt take discount from Freshco another miss. And the prices seem to be the last to lower. As well upon reading upon other reviews..i don't know why nothing has been done

This Shell is ALWAYS the last gas station to lower their gas prices and the first ones to raise it.nStopped filling up my gas here and same as many others in this neighbourhood. Not gonna be giving them mine and my friends/family’s business if they want to nickel and dime customers.nUntil they stop being the last ones to to lower gas prices and the first ones to raise it. I will continue telling everyone not to come here and go to the other gas stations.nI don’t think the owner realizes how much business he is losing. Hope someone can mention this to him.

Please make sure to check your receipt when going to this shell. 2 girls working last night, I asked if they had wipes for the inside of windows, they say no… but I continued to look and found the wipes, went up to the counter to pay and said you do have them.. she got snippy and said we didn’t hear that’s what u wanted..I proceeded to ask for a hot chocolate with my my order.. she asked if I wanted a lottery ticket.. I say no…paid for my order and went over to get my hot chocolate… I was thinking that what I paid seemed a little high so I looked at the receipt… I was charged for $1 online… I asked why did you charge me for $1 online lottery? She grabs the receipt, says nothing.. processed a refund if $1 and hands me a loonie… as someone who works auditing transactions like this and the way the girl reacted, I am sure they are doing this often…$1 extra on transactions customers won’t notice, but if they are doing this to many customer’s a shift, it makes it quite profitable of theft…

I went there first time, worst customer service I even seen in my life. Girl on the front desk was very rude. I asked her politely regarding drinks literally she replied me very rudely. Even I saw she is not misbehaving with me, did same thing with others too. Literally she needs to learn how to talk with customers. I dont want to mention his name here.

I was at the pump at 10:55pm on friday and I knocked the door, she saw me and run towards the office. She shut down the lights and went out at 11:00pm and told me that it is close, go to mcphillips stations. The way of she talk was disrespectful and it was happened with me before by same location same employee. One of the worst experience I have ever had at Shell Gas stations. I will never come to this location again and told my friends not too go.
