If you just get gas its fine. The staff at the till are friendly most of the time, the gas is also good. Downside is that this store is not necessarily the cleanest. The washroom seems a shame and could definately use some upgrading and cleaning.

Scammer! I got an $80 pre-auth for gas in the store at 10pm. My truck only held $59. The gas pump wouldn't print a receipt so I went in the store and asked for my receipt. The clerk printed my receipt and handed me $21 in cash. When I asked him what's this, he said "this is your change". He tried to tell me it's normal for a pre-auth transaction to go through as a regular transaction (so then why do a pre-auth?). I took this up with the manager the next day and she told me that pre-auth transactions only work with a credit card, not a debit. This place is obviously scamming people by charging the full amount and calling it a pre-auth, which leads to the gas pump NOT printing a receipt afterwards because it was processed by the clerk as a regular transaction. I asked the manager what happens if someone doesn't go back inside for their receipt and their "change". She said "it happens all the time! you just come back when you notice the mistake on your banking statement and we give you your money back!" WTF!!!! Seriously? How would I get my money back when I don't have a receipt??? PS... this place has gone really downhill. It's a dumpy, dirty store, and the window washer fluid and squeegees at the pumps are either empty, or so filthy that your windows are dirtier afterwards.

Usually pretty quick service, same prices as other Shells, decent area, gas pumps at this location.

This is a Shell. I will go there for a walk now. If it is open, this review will remain. If it is closed, I will delete this review. If the snacks are delicious, the 5 stars will remain. If, however, they are not delicious, the consequences may be dire. Be warned.
