The car wash does NOT work properly. First warning sign was the completely unintelligible voice recording that tries to give you directions before the wash, but then during the wash it failed to clean off all the soap so we were wiping our van down with napkins and paper towels. Also, the dryers didn't get all the water off the windshield but worked for the sides. The only good part about this gas station is that you can collect Air Miles and get a small discount if you're in the program. But that's every Shell. Staff doesn't seem like they want to be there either.

BE WARNED! They double charge here, myself and another customer are both disputing a double charge after providing evidence and told repeatedly to come back. This place should be investigated. Pick a different station, these people are not good people.

I use Android app for shell carwash. First of all, there's no sign there or on the website that this place doesn't support the application. When I buzzed the station to help me use the app since it wasn't working I was told to come in the station and when I did, the employee told me the app isn't working there and that he doesn't know why. He rudely said there's nothing he can do about it. If it wasn't working I'd still be ok with it, but the insincerity of the employee just ruined the overall experience at this gas station. Just disappointed by the customer service. Instead drove all the way to Burlington and got a better carwash at the Walker's line Shell, got great service from employees there. Not coming back here ever again!

The car wash here is usually broken, and the staff are unhelpful and rude. Next time I’ll stick with Petro Canada.
