Nous sommes des clients de Shell, cependant je crois que celui-ci a certains problèmes de gestion. Avant était ouvert 24 h, maintenant non. Donc, si nous voulons mettre de l'essence le matin tôt avant d'aller au travail, c'est fermé et nous devons aller voir la compétition. En plus, plusieurs fois nous avons voulu mettre de l'essence dans les dernières semaines et toutes les pompes étaient non disponibles. Manque d'essence? On ne sait pas trop. Service à la clientèle est aussi irrégulier...
