Topped up my tank with regular gas. When I looked at the price I was confused as to why it was so expensive.nnThey tell me I put premium in my car. I have never done this before so I kindly ask them to review to footage to see if I’m just having an off day.nnThey tell me after reviewing the footage that I did choose regular but for some reason the station switched to premium on its own. The difference was only $15-$20 but that’s still $15-$20 I didn’t need to spend.nnI asked for a chocolate bar for the trouble and was told no. Said the owner would call me back the next day to discuss reimbursement.nnIt’s now almost two weeks later and I haven’t heard anything.nnBe careful, you might get the wrong fuel and potentially destroy your car, and they won’t even give you a chocolate bar to make things better lol

They have an automated car wash here, which is why we went. Didn't know we had to pay at counter, then punch in codenBasil car wash according to list was $11.99, asked if we wanted brushed used, our basic car wash was now $16.80. Little pricey but it did an excellent job.

Staff needs training re the Shell App and their prepay policy after 10 pm. Very disappointing experience. No option to participate manually in Shell CAA program. Are you a Shell dealer or not??

This self-serve gas service is an extension off the local Mac's in a mini mall.
