I used the carwash at this location and I am happy with the wash. It is convenient and has good washing quality. I did not have any interaction with staff as everything is fully automated through Shell app.
Avoid this location—and all Shell car washes. Generated a code at Barrie late at night when their wash was closed; the Barrie employee told me all locations are connected—just screenshot the code and any location would honor it.nnCame to Bradford 24 hours, explained politely. The employee made me wait over 30 minutes, then was incredibly rude—told me to “go back to Barrie” and said “NO,” even admitting the Barrie guy is his “friend” but refusing to verify or help at all.nnWhatever their “policy” is, it clearly has no room for exceptions, common sense, or basic customer sensitivity - and worse, every single employee I spoke to at both locations straight-up lied to my face.nnZero professionalism, zero honesty. Go take your business elsewhere for a more reliable service instead.nnUpdate: you’re most certainly welcome for the feedback. Additionally, we can also seek advice from the Ontario Consumer Protection Agency and have an assessment on the situation to ensure your operations are in full compliance on misleading practices and unfair treatments provided in the act.
I came here last night to get a car wash and found it closed. I returned again in the morning and it was still closed. When I asked the staff, I was told the hours are 8am–9pm, but these hours are not mentioned anywhere on-site.nnI waited an extra hour until 8am for the wash to open, only to be told “maybe 9 or maybe 10.” When I questioned this, the staff member became rude and aggressive and even said, “you can go file a complaint or do whatever you want to do.”nnThis is completely unacceptable customer service. Misguiding customers, unclear operating hours, and disrespectful communication should not be happening. I hope management seriously works on staff training and communication.
I had a very uncomfortable experience at this gas station. While I was browsing and trying to decide what item to pick, the cashier accused me of trying to steal. I did nothing wrong and never attempted to leave without paying. The accusation felt completely unprovoked and discriminatory, and it came across as racist.nnCustomers should be treated with respect, not suspicion. I hope management takes this seriously and provides proper training, because no one should be made to feel targeted or humiliated just for shopping.
I came here to get a car wash on Saturday and was told to come back at 8pm as the car wash was closed, came back and it was still closed. Still closed on Sunday! I asked the clerk to give a manual code as a compensation, he became rude at me and told me to file a complain if I'm not happy and it is what it is!!! I called customer service and they did nothing, do I need to remind you that we paid for the car wash in prior and do not receive any service???nThe worst customer service ever
