I went to get gas there yesterday while I'm getting gas. I turn around and the gentleman from behind the counter was outside the front door having a cigarette so I said to him. Do you think that? That's a smart idea that you're smoking at a gas station. His reply was it's 20 m. It's fine. First of all he wasn't 20 m away from the pumps. Second of all he was leaning right beside the propane tanks that have no smoking signs all over them. I will never ever go buy gas there again and if there's ever an explosion at that gas station you will know why. If you look at the picture they have on file you could see where the propane tanks are and where the front door is. It's exactly where he stood right beside the propane tanks having a cigarette putting all customers and passers-by in jeopardy and he could not care less.
My sisters car broke down and wouldn’t move transmission failed at one of the pumps at this gas station, the owner didn’t care that the car couldn’t move or that the tow truck was on its way. He literally called the cops on us because her car was still at the pump. This guy literally is the worst when it comes to people and customer service and shouldn’t own or operate any business. Stop coming here because if your car ever breaks down here he’ll call the cops on you ‍
To me was a good shell, quite clean but a small location not that the area needs a larger Shell but if it were to get busy there would be no room. I did not however go inside but there was wash fluid to clean your windows and i used auto pay from my app which seemed to work. would go back.
The big dawg behind the counter with glasses and a hat doesn't care about customer service, is rude, charges $5 bucks for carbord that's free anywhere else. When asked why my bill was way higher than it should be he was a complete jerk and said I don't need your business or anyone else's. Well if you shop here that's on you. #BOYCOTTSHELL
Review of Service – Shell Gas Station, Alliston 95 Victoria St, Store #C45119nOn December 9th @3:54 pm I visited this location recently and felt my needs were not met as a valid customer. I was having issues with my credit card—the pump wouldn’t accept it, so I went inside for assistance. After trying twice, the card was still declined. I then realized it was locked, so I unlocked it through the app.nnWhile I was next in line, the attendant of Indian descent told me to step aside so he could serve four other customers behind me. I cooperated, but when it was my turn again, he refused to accept my Air Miles card as payment because I was still having issues with my credit card. Instead of offering help, he told me to leave because he was “busy,” even though no one else was waiting at that point.nnAfterward, I tried again at the pump using the Shell app and it worked without any issues.nnIn over twenty years of buying gas at various Shell locations, I have never experienced service this unprofessional or disrespectful. As a middle-aged person of colour, the way I was treated made the situation even more disappointing. I will be using a different location going forward. This staff member needs retraining in customer service.
