Not sure why their reviews are so bad as I've never had a problem with this gas station!? My only complaints are that they don't have a slush machine, nor much fresh food selection, and because of this I go elsewhere more than I'd like. This is super conveniently right around the corner from my place so if they ever get a slush machine and some decent sandwiches, I'd be there more often than not.nnAlso the fact that Calgary pricing is often about 10% cheaper sucks when we are so close by, but one internationally branded location isn't going to change that!
Horrible service . Lady was on the phone busy talking with someone on WhatsApp. Refused to check the lottery ticket and send me over the street to Fas gas to check it.
The place across the street is the exact same price but doesn’t play annoying ads while pumping. I’m not sure why you would go to this one, but if you do you can mute the ads with the button second from the top on the right.
I could appreciate the convenience and i think the price at the pump was lower than some other gas stations. But I wasn't happy to find next to no water in the windshield wash bucket. It irks me during bug season when gas stations don't keep those buckets full of soapy water.
Service is usually good when I go inside. My issue is the prices are consistently 10 cents more than if I drive 10 minutes to Bearspaw or CO OP. I am all for spending local, however I need to feel I am not being taken advantage of. When every gas station on the same road is exactly the same, one has to question if there is price fixing going on. Until the prices get more in line, I will not be using this location.
