Just because they closed the toilets to the public they were open the last time I was there and we have to go to the chemical ones next to the building. Really unpleasant when we are workers on the road... It's a gas station, not a simple convenience store...nnOh yes, there was no more toilet paper in the cabin I used.nNothing to wash your hands too.
Saturday September 13, 2020, 7:25 p.m. It's nice, everything is quiet. I put $35.01 worth of gas. At first I thought it was a joke from the young cashier on duty, who until then had seemed jaded, who was demanding the .01 penny which I clearly didn't have.nnI then suggested that she take it in her little container, take one, leave one!. She didn't really understand and continued to demand the 01 sub. I didn't know what to do anymore.nnI ended up saying to stop fooling around and act like I gave it to him.nShe replies no no sir you have to give the 01 under, telling me that it's a small amount but that you had to pay..... I left.nnI hope I will be accused of stealing....01 money...incredible!!
I stopped there on the way, took gas, had snacks... and they refused me the toilet! We had to go to the blue cabins at the back of the courtyard! What cheeky people! I will never stop there again
Witnessed this morning the behavior and lack of respect of the 2 employees towards an elderly person who brought a bag of returnable cans, doubt about the quantity, dry tone of voice, to finish by telling him to go to IGA next time I know this customer, he is an honest and upright person, in addition part of their wages is paid by this customer who fills up at this station, not very good as customer service
