Purchased a car wash at the pump. Just to find that it is out of order and staff were unable to refund me.nNo signs up. Car wash option should be removed from pumps if not working!nCome back a week later and this is still out of order, and you are still selling car washes at the pumps and can't provide the service.nThis is terrible customer service. How many people are getting ripped off by this. Still no signs up that the carwash is out of order.nI have to travel from our of town each time I use this.nYes I know it's valid for a month, but it's now been almost 2 weeks and I can't get a refund!
The only gas station in the Maritimes that has empty paper towel rolls 24/7/365. They don't even replace it when it's gone for days or weeks on end.
What a rude and bully staff, Never going back to any shell again
Gas pump worked. Best part of stop. However, there was NO windshield fluid to clean with a squeegee, and inside the bathroom was FILTHY. Management needs to review the supplies and cleaning at the Amherst Shell station.
I ran my vehicle through the carwash this morning and it came out just as dirty on the roof and the hood. I paid 8$ for this service and I'm very disappointed.
