they keep changing the staff with less and less competant people and the boss lady short with black hair is mean yells for a living... maybe put that energy into training employes better. I used to do my gas there daily i'd rather spend my money elsewhere.

Complaint – Unacceptable Service at the Gas StationnnI went to the gas station to fill up my tank and asked to pay $10 in cash and $5 on my credit card. The young woman at the register immediately told me it wasn't possible to pay that way, without offering any alternative.nnAfter I paid, she made me wait more than 10 minutes before activating the pump. During that entire time, I was outside, waiting for her to unblock the pump—to no avail. I had time to write this message while waiting, and the pump was still not activated.nnI went back inside to inform her that I still couldn't fill up. She then told me that the pump was indeed activated, which was completely false. I removed and replaced the pump several times, without any result.nnShe then blamed it on the fact that I was using premium fuel, saying she might have gotten the wrong one. I wasted another five minutes trying to get the pump to work, removing and reinserting the nozzle at least ten times, without ever being able to start filling up.nnI finally lost my patience and asked for a refund. In total, I waited about 15 minutes for nothing. I was never served; my time was simply wasted.nnI am shocked by the way I was treated. I have never had such a frustrating experience at a gas station. I will be filing a formal complaint, as this is unacceptable.
